Shipping & Delivery (UK)

UK:

Shipping price is based on the total weight of the items in your order. This will be automatically calculated during checkout. Estimated delivery times will also be shown during checkout.


Jersey and Guernsey:

These islands are charged at a flat rate. Estimated delivery times will be shown during checkout.


Shipping & Delivery (INTERNATIONAL)


European Countries:

Shipping costs and speeds vary from country to country. This will be automatically calculated during checkout based on weight.

Please note that due to the UK leaving the EU, you could be charged custom duty fees or other types of import costs. This is imposed by your local border authorities and we have no control over this. If you do not pay the border authorities, your order will be returned to us, and we will not refund the shipping costs. While import costs may vary depending on the item and value, we estimate it to cost around 20% of the total value of your order, plus any additional fees. 

Pre-paying customs...

In some cases, particularly for large orders, we can pre-pay for all custom fees/taxes on your behalf. This can speed up delivery and increase reliability of shipping. If this is of interest to you, once you've placed an order, please email us and we can work out how much this will be. 


North America:

We are currently accepting orders to USA and Canada addresses. Please note you may be charged customs or other import charges. If you do not pay the border authorities, your order will be returned to us, and we will not refund the shipping costs. See our refund policy for more information.

  • Hotels/hotel rooms (unless you own the hotel)

Asking us to deliver to these addresses is doing so at your own risk of a failed delivery, and we may ask for extra payment to ship again.

  

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

Prices shown in EURO and USD will be processed in GBP (£) by your chosen payment method, using the latest exchange rates.

You can pay via card or PayPal. We do not see or save your payment details, all payment details are handled by our payment provider to maximise security. 

VAT

Pricing includes VAT for UK orders, and are excluded for non-UK orders. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to contact us.

Promotions

Only one promotion code can be used per order.


Downloads

Shipping charges are not applied to downloads as they are digitally downloaded onto your computer once purchased. If you wish to have the product viewable on your tablet device or smartphone, you will need to download the purchased files onto your desktop computer first, and then transferred through an appropriate software, such as iTunes or equivalent. However, small files such as PDFs may download straight onto your tablet device or smartphone, but that's not guaranteed.
