The front of the card says:

Place your thumb firmly on the box for 15 seconds. If you are a "good" person, it will turn a bright green. Note: it must be for exactly 15 seconds.

The back reads:

Sorry . . . you're just like the rest of us. The dictionary says "good" is to be "morally excellent." Let's check the standard--the Ten Commandments, to see how far we fall short: Is God first in your life? Do you love Him with "heart, mind, soul and strength?" Have you made a god to suit yourself? Have you used God's name in vain? Have you kept the Sabbath holy? Have you always honored your parents? Have you hated anyone, and therefore committed murder in your heart? Have you looked with lust and therefore committed adultery in your heart? Have you lied (including "fibs"), stolen (the value is irrelevant), or coveted other people's possessions? If you are honest, you know you will be guilty on the Day of Judgment. God, however, doesn't want to send you to Hell. Jesus Christ suffered and died on the Cross in your place, so you could go free. That's how much God loves you. We broke God's Law, but Jesus paid our fine. Then He rose from the grave and defeated death. If you repent and trust in Him, God will forgive your sins and grant you everlasting life. Obey the gospel today. Read your Bible daily and obey what you read, God will never let you down.

Cut to the Chase with Smart Card

A great way to 'cut to the chase' - straight into the question of Are You Good, no messing. A six year old from a believer's family got there fast on Sunday, realising 'but I'm sinful' so I said 'That's why we need Jesus'. Great. But when I handed them to a dozen fast-moving teens on the streets, they thought, I'm good therefore the card is faulty, and several got thrown on the ground. Well worth buying, with a good gospel presentation.

Decent 'backup' tract

Things I like about this tract:

It's credit card sized, so you can carry a bunch of them in your wallet day to day, so you'll never be without one, and they are protected there from getting dog-eared in your pocket;

Being card shaped and sized, it attracts attention being left somewhere;

It is humorous with its fake 'test' on the front, and this test is an easy introduction to the law.

It's not as thorough a message as some of the other tracts on offer, but it's still good and will be a constant in my collection.

Good but

I’m searching through these various tracts to find the least jargony. It’s usually near the end of the how to message that I see jargon. My husband complains about it and it puts him off.
Repent
Sin.
“Obey the gospel” - what exactly does that mean to an unsaved person? Even the definition in 1 Corinthians 1-4 doesn’t tell a newbie what it means and you don’t find a definition in the gospels, only that they preached the gospel of the kingdom. They were expecting their messiah and he was near.
It’s hard to be concise. I’ve not managed it yet, but I know my son would throw this tract back at me, sad to say, and he so needs it
