and Procedures for returning products to Living Waters Europe
Note: A refund or exchange is only available for the following products if the product is defective.
• CDs, CD-ROMs, MP3
• DVDs
Procedures
There are two options available for our customers who would like
to return a product –
1.
Exchange
If a product is unsatisfactory, we can offer to exchange it for
another one (i.e. a different title etc) or another product of the same value. Generally
proof of purchase is required in order to get an exchange, although we may waive this
requirement if we believe we have sold the product. Please note, as mentioned above,
exchanges are not available on CD’s DVD’s, CD ROMs, MP3 except where the product is
deemed faulty.
2.
Refunds
Refunds
will only be given to stock still in the original packaging. Costs associated with
returning product is at the expense of the customer. Shipping and postage costs cannot
be refunded. Other than faulty or defective product, Living Waters Europe reserves
the right to refuse refunds.
